ENC aRIBN

Student Spotlight: Elizabeth Cordero

Our traditional Regionally Increasing Baccalaureate Nurses (RIBN) program provides a four-year nursing option that concurrently enrolls students in a Community College and a University — where they complete both their Associate Degree in Nursing and Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Students apply to this program when they are a senior in high school and complete all four years of the RIBN curriculum.

The aRIBN program provides a three-year nursing option that concurrently enrolls students in a Community College and a University — where they complete both their Associate Degree in Nursing and Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Students apply to this program after they have been accepted into one of the community college partner nursing programs listed below.

The Eastern North Carolina aRIBN program dually admits students to East Carolina University and one of these local community colleges that partner with the ECU College of Nursing.
