Maureceia Brewington: DNP Spotlight

I am honored to serve as your BSN to DNP student representative for the 2025-2026 school year. I am a student in the DNP-FNP program, on track to graduate in May 2026. My husband and I reside in Apex, NC, and are the proud parents of two beautiful daughters.
I obtained my BSN from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. As a veteran of the United States Air Force, I served for four years as a medical-surgical, same-day surgery, and family practice nurse. More recently, I have been a public health nurse for over a decade, supporting the health and well-being of public school students in Fairfax County, VA, and Wake County, NC.
