Technology Support
As the demand for remote learning continues to grow, we understand the importance of reliable and efficient technology solutions to enhance the educational experience. The ECU College of Nursing support team is here to assist you in navigating the complexities of distance education technology. From troubleshooting technical issues to providing guidance on utilizing various remote learning tools, we are committed to ensuring a seamless and productive virtual learning environment.
If you are having trouble with any aspect of the technology associated with one of your DE courses, or if you suspect that a university technology resource might be experiencing an issue, we encourage you to reach out to your instructor. They are well-positioned to advise you on how to best seek assistance. If there is a technical issue with which you need help, they can contact a College of Nursing support specialist for your or recommend the best person for you to contact.
Please see the Helpful Links document to find a list of links that will lead you to resources commonly utilized by College of Nursing faculty, students, and staff.
The College of Nursing has a strong DE support team for instructors and for its online graduate students. We are here to help. Please feel free to contact any of our DE support personnel at any time.
We have an onsite new graduate student orientation at the beginning of the fall and spring semesters.
