Please save the date for the ECU College of Nursing’s virtual Black History Month celebration, featuring a keynote speech from Dr. Mark A. Newell, MD, FACS, and Brody School of Medicine Associate Professor Trauma and Surgical Critical Care speaking on “Health Disparities in African Americans: Acknowledging the Past to Advance the Future.” The event will also include reflections on ethical principles from College of Nursing students.
