If you feel that you have been harassed or discriminated against based on one of the University’s protected classes, subjected to sexual harassment, or retaliated against related to a reported protected class concern, please submit a report to ECU’s Office for Equity and Diversity. The Office for Equity and Diversity (OED) handles concerns regarding the protected classes of disability, sexual orientation, race/ethnicity, age, sex, gender identity, color, veteran status, genetic information, political affiliation, national origin, and religion. OED also handles reports of sexual assault, sexual harassment, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking.

For other suggestions, questions, concerns or a complaint related to diversity, equity and inclusion at the College of Nursing, please fill out the form below to bring this to the attention of the sub-committee of the college’s Diversity Advisory Council that has been designated to address these concerns. Concerns addressed by the College of Nursing’s subcommittee might pertain to microaggressions or other concerns that would not rise to the level warranting a report to the Office for Equity and Diversity.

Please note that while identifying information such as name and email address is not required to submit comments, including this information will allow the Diversity Advisory Council sub-committee to respond to your comment or concern directly. If you choose not to include this information, the sub-committee will not be able to take follow-up steps to intervene.
