Student in the DNP-FNP program at ECU (class of 2022).
Education includes an MSN/Ed. from UNC Greensboro and a BSN from UNC Wilmington.
Experience includes 10+ years in med-surg, cardiac/telemetry, and postpartum care; served 3 years as a full-time faculty member for an ADN program.
Hopes to utilize knowledge acquired as an APRN RURAL Scholar to improve access to primary care in rural NC communities.
Excited for the return of live music and stand-up comedy on the other side of the pandemic, but currently savors spending quality time with her amazing Shih-Tzu/Yorkie pup, Gizmo, and her (certainly above average) husband.
