aRIBN How to Apply

Application Windows :
Fall: February 1^st – April 18^th
Spring: September 1^st – October 15^th

 Applications received after the deadline will be placed on a wait list.

Please follow these instructions to apply during the application period.

1. Apply to an aRIBN partner Associate Degree Nursing Program at the Community College and be accepted into (anticipate being accepted into) the applicant pool for the following semester.
2. Apply to ECU Undergraduate Admissions for the appropriate semester as a transfer, second degree or readmit student (if you previously attended ECU). Do not apply to ECU as a visiting student.
3. Please complete this application if you will be enrolled in/anticipate being enrolled in NUR 111 for Fall 2026 at your community college, or you will be enrolled in NUR 211 or 212 for Fall 2026 at your community college.    ⚠️ Important:If you entered the ADN program in a Spring semester, please do not complete this application. Instead, please request a transcript review (by emailing ENCRIBN@ECU.EDU) to confirm your eligibility and plan your future application to the program for the appropriate term.
4. Submit final official transcripts from all institutions attended to ECU Office of Undergraduate Admissions: Mailstop 517 ECU, Greenville, NC 27858-4353 OR electronic transcripts from transcript services to: transfer@ecu.edu.
