Thank you for considering a gift to the Tammy Duval Scholarship fund.

The scholarship fund supports students enrolled in the East Carolina University College of Nursing Nurse Anesthesia Program. As you might imagine, the discipline is highly technical and patient-centric. The students attend classes full time and face-to-face, with a significant amount of time devoted to clinical practice. The students in this program are held to the highest standards and, due to the associated academic and clinical obligations, are unable to work. This scholarship fund is extremely important to the nurse anesthesia students and provides critical financial support.

The program director and faculty select one student per year who has completed at least one year and one clinical practicum course and who have distinguished themselves in didactic work. The scholarship award is based on both academic merit and clinical excellence, and being selected as the recipient of this award is a singular achievement and honor.

Instructions for Giving

1. Open the University Advancement Giving Page.
2. Enter “Donation Amount”.
3. Select “Payment Frequency”.
4. As “Designation” select “I want to choose my own designation”.
5. If you encounter this popup menu just close it without selecting any options.
6. Complete required fields in “Donor Information” and “Contact Information”.
7. In the “Additional Options” section click the ‘V’ link on “Gift Instructions” to display that field.
8. Type “Duval 6026000” in the text field provided.
