Nurse-Midwifery Student DoMonique Trotter

Student in the Nurse-Midwifery concentration at ECU.
Education includes a BSN from the University of Louisville.
She is an active Labor & Delivery nurse and independent business owner.
Her goals as a Certified Nurse-Midwife include increasing utilization of prenatal care and providing a midwifery-care experiences within the hospital setting. Special populations of interest include persons identifying as Black/African American, assault victims, and LGBTQ+ community members. Entrepreneur aspirations include founding a women’s and children’s center.
When not working or participating in school requirements she builds her business network, tap dances, and plays with her three cats Bellatrix, Weasley, & Albus.
