Applying to RIBN

Please use our online application.
We will only accept applications September 1 – January 31.
Please follow these instructions to apply during the application period:

1. Complete the ENC RIBN application above.
2. All unofficial documents (high school transcripts, college transcripts, and test scores) must be uploaded to the application.  You are able to go back into the application and upload documents as needed until January 31st.
3. Submit your official high school transcript, all official college transcripts, and official SAT, ACT, or ATI TEAS Version 7 scores to the Admissions office at the Community College by January 31st.
4. Upon acceptance to the ENC RIBN program, the student must complete the ECU Admissions online application and submit the required application fee by the published deadline. Submit your OFFICIAL high school transcript, all official college transcripts, and official SAT, ACT or ATI TEAS version 7 scores to ECU Admissions.
5. Applicants with disabilities should contact the Coordinator of Disability Services/Counselor at the respective Community College.

Students will be notified of their acceptance in the spring semester. Preference is given to North Carolina residents. If you are not a North Carolina resident, you will only be considered in the event that vacancies occur after June 1.
